Are you excited about the amazing changes you are experiencing from eating a plant-based diet?  I am and I tell people, but only after they ask me what I’m doing.  I’m not vocal about it.

It is important that you share the good news about your success.  You never know who you might help along the way.  Who knows, you just might save their lives.

Dr. McDougall, one of my favorite advocates for eating a plant-based diet,  tells us to spread the good news.  This year is quickly coming to an end and let’s make the New Year a year of sharing the good news.

  5. I find that it’s more impactful when people watch me walk my walk and ask about it. It becomes a conversation instead of a speech. But once I’m on my soapbox, watch out!

I love sharing my story and possibly impacting someone’s life. What a blessing (for me).

  7. Hi Evelyn, interesting video! Since I don’t eat entirely plants, I have come to the decision to split my days up. Twice a week I will eat chicken, turkey, or fish (cage free and free range). And other days of the week I will eat fruits and vegetables. Also, we have begun drinking more almond milk and my kids love it.
