• Post go live every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday of every week.
• Guest posts go live on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Posting Topics

Flowing with the theme of this blog where Healthy Living, Vegan, and Blogging topics meet, each posting day focuses on a topic related to the general theme of this blog.

• Mondays – Health Living Topics
• Wednesdays – Vegan Topics
• Fridays – Blogging Topics
• Saturday – Personal Development / Inspiration as it relates to Becoming a Healthier You
• Sunday – Recipes (sometimes)

Newsletters

I was very slack in writing my newsletters last year (2011). This is a new year and a change has come. Monthly newsletters and weekly blog updates begin this month.  If you haven’t already, subscribe so that you don’t miss anything.  I have some great ideas that I think you will like.

Informational Products

Last year producing informational products was one of my goals, but I never did it. I already have some things in mind and I am working on producing the information.

Services
