How many of you have said, “I want to start juicing, but I don’t know where to begin?” Yeah, I know you have thought that, because I have thought those same thoughts myself.
I am not a regular juicer, not because I don’t have a juicer. I actually own an amazing juicer, a Green Star Juicer. My inconsistency when it comes to juicing is my fault and, well lets face, I like things fast and easy. I will make a smoothie before making a juice.

I've really been looking into juicing but I haven't found a book that really has had any recipes that I have really loved. So, I'll take a look at your suggestion - maybe there will be a recipe in there that will make my tastebuds go crazy.
This is a great review. There is no better way to become healthier than to go natural. It may take a bit of time but then again, the health benefits that you will get will surely pay off in the long run.
Great review, Evelyn! Yes, green juices are absolutely crucial and many folks simply don't know where to start. This guide should be a great help. I have found that it really is sensible to be patient with yourself and start slowly. Focus on the ingredients you like at first and gradually add more greens as you get used to the new tastes. In the end you will love them!
