I take the regular GNC Women&#039;s Ultra Mega, not the active.  I might try the active one, when I am done with what I have.  I really do like it.  :)

I&#039;m taking notes!  My problem is getting sleep and I know over time that it will catch up with me.

Me? I take GNC Women&#039;s Ultra Mega Active vitamins daily, along with Omega-3 fatty acids. I follow the principles of Clean Eating using the 80/20 rule (20% of the time I allow myself treats). I exercise daily, combining weight training (to maintain bone density and build muscle mass) and cardio intervals (to burn fat and keep my heart healthy). And I&#039;ve recently started a yoga practice, to help me slow down, turn inwards and manage stress!
Oh yes, and I aim for 9 hours of sleep every night (usually I only get 8, but can&#039;t get by on any less for more than a day or two).]]></description>
