Hi Evelyn, Good luck with the exercise plan! You might want to consider working up to six days and keep at least one day a rest day. I know you are at three days right now so it will be a while in any case, but a rest day is always good. Mary recently posted..Pineapple Young Coconut Smoothie
Yes, I’m working up to increasing my days. My goal is to increase the days each week, so this week is 4 times. I hope to work out 6 days a week, so thanks for you recommendations.
