    Hi Evelyn, Good luck with the exercise plan! You might want to consider working up to six days and keep at least one day a rest day. I know you are at three days right now so it will be a while in any case, but a rest day is always good.

      Yes, I’m working up to increasing my days. My goal is to increase the days each week, so this week is 4 times. I hope to work out 6 days a week, so thanks for you recommendations. :)
