I have not tried it yet, but as soon as I go to the store, I will purchase cashews so that I can give this recipe a try. I also want to buy the book. However, I want to know if the ingredients for the recipes can be found in regular grocery stores. I do shop at the local healthy market, but not all of the time. I don't want to buy the book and then realize that I have to make all special purchases just to try out the recipes. I can tell by your expression in the video that it turned out really good!
Ingredients found in the recipes can be found in a regular grocery store. Carolyn uses Pink Himalayan salt in most of the recipes, but I used what I had. I think she uses a different sweetener than what I have, but I will use what I have for now. Over all, I think you will be fine shopping at your regular grocery store.
I don't know if I mentioned it in the post or the video, but this recipe book contains raw vegan and cooked vegan recipes in this book.

OMG that looks like it tastes amazing. I found out when I ate some cashews earlier this year that for some reason my body (age maybe)has developed an allergy to them. :-(
