Don’t let a few miss steps stop you from reaching the goals you set.  Focus on moving and making changes one step at a time.  It is the little steps that get you to your destination.

    Thanks for the inclusion on this post. It’s certainly not easy when it comes to food, so I have to think about it better. I won on the dessert, but lost on the Taco Bell treat tonight. lol
