Some people don&#039;t do well on a vegetarian diet, while others do well.  I tried eating raw vegan, but discovered that it wasn&#039;t the best diet for me.

I can&#039;t say that I agree with all of your list except for sugar absolutely. We need to cut sugar back to what it was when I was a kid growing up - a treat maybe once or twice a week. As a former chocoholic, that is also one thing that needs to be eaten in moderation.

I tried to go vegetarian many years ago and it didn&#039;t suit me at all and I have spoken to many, many people who became sick and tired on a non-meat diet over a period of months or years. So I eat chicken, red meat, pork or fish every day (except for one vegetarian meal) but I try to bulk out the meal with lots of salad or veges so they become the focus not the meat.</description>
