From Health Inspector to Blogger and Coach
Hi, I am Evelyn Parham, and this is my story!
I started a career working for local and state government, holding a few different positions. The last job I held, I worked as a health inspector.
While I enjoyed enforcing rules that protected residents, I saw no future of advancement and decided to devote my time caring for my new baby girl.
After a few months of being at home with my daughter, I discovered YouTube and Blogspot.
I also had a growing interest in healthy living. I started uploading videos to YouTube and publishing blog posts.
I blogged for about two years before moving to this website, and I continued uploading videos to YouTube.
I had a passion for sharing information with others so they could also make healthy lifestyle changes.
Becoming an Eating Psychology Coach
A close friend recommended that I become a health coach because I was publishing useful content and inspiring people.
I took my friend’s advice and began working on becoming an eating psychology coach. The training was a life-changing experience.
I recommend Evelyn!
Evelyn Parham is someone that I highly recommend as an Eating Psychology Coach. I have known Evelyn for several years and she is a woman of integrity, vast knowledge, and is concerned about the health issues that plague our country and the world. If you need a coach that will meet you where you are and be with you during your journey, Evelyn Parham is the coach for you.

My Interest in Digestion
While studying at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, my interest was digestion.
One of the reasons why I was interested in digestion is because I had issues with my digestion.
The information I learned helped me improve my digestion, and it motivated me to focus on helping people with their digestion.
I am committed to helping people because I know that having proper digestion is an essential key to being healthy.
Many individuals suffer years from digestion discomforts, accepting it as a normal way of life.
But I want you to know that it doesn’t have to be a regular way of life.
Why I Love Helping People with their Digestion
Because I have gone through my struggles with my digestion and gut health and I understand the challenges and feelings associated with it.
I genuinely want to help people be empowered, have a healthy gut, and get the relief they desire.
The key to healthy digestion and being healthy is to OWN IT! You are responsible for the health of your mind, body, and spirit.
No matter what you see others doing, you are the steward of your (body) temple and have the ultimate control of your health and well-being.
I can help you take control, listen to your body, and make significant improvements to your health.
A Major Accomplishment
I have accomplished a lot in my life, but the accomplishment that I am most proud of is teaching my daughter, who has Trisomy 21, to read, write, and do math.
