Losing weight, getting fit, and eating healthy is on many people’s list, so there’s no time like the present to get a jump start on your health goals in 2018.
I overate during the holiday, resulting in my packing on the pounds and letting my fitness activity slip, but I am back on track.

I’m using My Fitness Pal and my trusty Fitbit Ionic (Affiliate link) to keep me focused and on track. And so far, I’m doing okay.
Although I am a health coach (mind-body eating), I have health goals to work on too.
I’ll tell anyone; I’m a work in progress; always growing, learning, and evolving.
Jump Start to a Healthier You
2018 is the year for consistency. I predict more creativity follows.
I have my first program that launches on January 15, 2018, that I am currently marketing.
The name of the program is 30 Day Jump Start to Fit and Healthy. The 30 Day Jump Start is a quarterly program, and it is not the same exact program each quarter. You can learn more about the program here.
I currently have a few people registered, and I am so happy about it.
Why Jump Starts are Good
A jump start is when you get the boost you need to get you going on your way.
What is the purpose of booster cables?
Booster cables jump starts the vehicle and it does it by transferring power from the live battery to the dead battery.
A jump start gives us the power we need to recharge and move full-speed ahead.
Sometimes, all we need is a jump start or a reboot to get us right back on track.
Jump starts motivate, inspire, and give us the confidence we need to keep us moving too.
I am thankful for jump starts.
There is nothing wrong with needing a jump start. It’s the jump start that opens your mind to endless possibilities of what you are capable of doing.
