I work with busy people (men and women), and I know what it is like to have digestion problems – the discomforts, the uneasiness, the frustrations, the fears, and the lack of control.
As a compassionate person, I do not judge you. I meet you right where you are, providing you with tools to help you get results. Most importantly, I protect your confidentiality.
It is easy to work with me, and I will tell you more in person, by phone, or on Skype.
It is important to note that we have regular coaching calls, weekly action steps that you choose during each call we have together. I hold you accountable for following through with your action steps. I also provide email support the entire time we work together.
