Don’t Be Afraid of Doing Something Different

be not afraidAre you afraid of doing something different? I was until I did it. I blogged every day of this month, and I didn’t think it was possible, but I found out it is possible to publish a blog post every day.

In the beginning, I was afraid, but in the end, it was worth it. I learned a lot, and you can check out what I learned here.

You can do anything. The only thing that holds us back is fear. When we are afraid of what others will think, do or say, we get paralyzed with fear, and it stops us from moving forward.

Doing Something Different

Since I am a coach as well as a blogger, it fits for me to connect my daily blogging challenge in with health and wellness.

Many people are afraid of changing their eating habits or making lifestyle changes, not because they don’t know what or how to do it, but because they fear what others will think or say. One of the main things you must always keep in mind is why you’re doing that which others may think is different or crazy.

If you know why you’re making changes and doing something different, then you will be able to stick with your goal. Regardless of what others think of what you’re doing.

It is not about pleasing others or doing what you think others want you to do; it is about making sure you get your eating, fitness, self-care, personal growth, and overall health and well-being in check. You are the only one who can do it.

You Never Know What You Can Do, Until You Try

I published articles daily, which is something I was afraid of doing. I was scared for many reasons, but I am glad I pushed through the fear and wrote.

It showed me that I am capable of doing something I thought was not possible. And so, I say to you, get your fitness routine together, make the changes to your eating habits, you’ve wanted to do, do some self-care and don’t think that you are selfish for taking care of yourself.

If I can get up at 6:00 in the morning, pray, read, and write, in that order, you can make small changes to become a healthier you, mind, body, and spirit.

Your mindset matters.
