Thank You Everyone, It’s Official

I trust this letter finds you doing well.  Thank you for all of your support, kind words, words of encouragement, emails, blog comments, inspiration, and your cyber hugs and love.

I am happy to announce that I have completed the Eating Psychology Coaching Certification program with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. 

The training was amazing and I learned more than I imagined.  I have grown professionally and personally. 

I am grateful to have Marc David’s as my teacher.  He is a gifted man full of infinite wisdom.

My heart is full now, so I’d better wrap this up.  But before I go, I must acknowledge a few people.
