Its been said always that laughter is the best medicine. Its not just that, not only that you stay fit, you stay mentally balanced and give your best-to your family, to your employer and to your society.

Hi Evelyn, I can’t stop thinking how lonely I had been when I am happy. I wish everyone can overcome what ever makes them sad.

I guess am going to fail badly on this list, i fail to avoid stressful situations, always had been. I also found it quite difficult to avoid people that gives me stress, though i agree i tried quite enough, bunked classes, dropped exams, avoided teachers especially when the homework was not done…. oh well, am a happy collage drop out after all.

On a serious note, i guess i take things too seriously. I can work on #16.

      Hey Uttoran,

Sometimes we cannot avoid stressful situations, it is a part of living. But what matters most is how we handle the stressful situation.

Yes, I use to be one to take things very seriously, now I don’t let too many things bother me. Especially since I have gotten older. I don’t know if age plays a role in this, but I really think it does.

Take care and enjoy your weekend!
