It was the end of January when I decided to give this site a makeover and include my coaching business on the site. I thought I would have the site up within a few days, but it took longer than I anticipated. I had a lot of clean up to do and it took time for me to learn the ins and outs of working with the new theme design. Sometimes we have to move with the flow of things, even if the process is slower than we expect. I learned that I cannot rush change, but move with the flow of it one step at a time.
This site was down for 2-weeks and a few days. I worried about the drop in traffic which pushed me to work harder to get the site up and running. I finally realized that I was placing too much stress on myself and I slowed down. Slowing down was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I felt at ease once I slowed down and stopped worrying about the drop in traffic. My traffic has returned to where it was before the new design change. It will get better with time.
New Blog Posting Schedule
My goal is to continue publishing content consistently. Below is the new posting schedule:
- Wednesdays – Articles/Reviews
- Thursdays – Tips
- Saturdays – Opinion Posts (not every Saturday)
- Mondays – Announcements or Responses to Questions (only when needed)
The above blog posting schedule is subject to change, but if I have to change it, I will let you know.

Practice Clients Needed
I am currently studying at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in the Eating Psychology Coaching Certification Program. I am officially an Eating Psychology Coach (in training) and I complete the program in May 2015.
As an Eating Psychology Coach, I help people with eating concerns such as: weight loss, overeating, binge eating, and chronic dieting. I use Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind-Body Nutrition to help clients.
I am accepting a few practice clients and anyone interested in participating, please contact me by Saturday, March 7th, 2015. The work that I do with you is free of charge. I only ask that you write a testimonial at the end of our work together. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
I publish a monthly newsletter and sometimes I send other information throughout the month when I have news. Occasionally, I will send a series of emails on a specific topic. I will always give you advance notice about any email series that I have planned for you.
