How many of you are trying to lose weight? And how many of you love smoothies?
Well, I have a little tip for you. Lay off the sweet smoothies and if you must have your smoothies, then start drinking smoothies that are low in sugar.
The next time you make a smoothie make sure it has healthy protein and healthy fat.
If you must have a sweet smoothie, use Nature’s Way Organic Stevia, Vanilla (what I use) or some other sweetener that has low-to-no sugar. Or you can add a few berries to give the smoothie a little sweetness.
