I made it through fifteen days without any social media. During my time away from social media, I have gotten a lot of work done.

I registered for a few classes, one class is about how to get published, and the second class is about learning to copy write for SEO.

Soon I will take another class to learn more about gut health. There is so much to do!

I have a new little 10-paged eBooklet (PDF), Foods to Avoid for Weight Loss, that I want to share with you.

You learn some common foods to avoid for weight loss, but you also learn about some replacement foods.

You never have to worry about feeling deprived because there is always alternatives.

One More Thing….

How many of you are trying to lose weight? And how many of you love smoothies?

Well, I have a little tip for you. Lay off the sweet smoothies and if you must have your smoothies, then start drinking smoothies that are low in sugar.

The next time you make a smoothie make sure it has healthy protein and healthy fat.

If you must have a sweet smoothie, use Nature’s Way Organic Stevia, Vanilla (what I use) or some other sweetener that has low-to-no sugar. Or you can add a few berries to give the smoothie a little sweetness.
