I really like this blog and your natural hair blog. You ebook is great. I like how you talk about drinking more water and cleansing. I am a firm believer in fasting and cleansing. Sodas and kool aid are poison to the body and fuel cancer cells. I’ve completely eliminated these drinks out of my life.

      Hi Pamela!

So glad you like this blog and my hair blog. Thank you so much!

Those beverages are loaded with sugar and other stuff, so I totally understand.

That’s great that you’ve eliminated those drinks from your diet…way to go!

      Thanks for stopping by!

      Take care,

      Evelyn

    Hello Evelyn,

First of all, I love your haircut, I liked this hair-cut since I was little, really great one, this haircut suits you very well. Now being on-topic with the article, the ebook you wrote is long and full of quality informations as I’ve read a few lines of it, I will take my time to read as much as I can (hope to read it all) of it, because it’s really worth the time. You did a great job on the e-book, congratulations and thank you very much in the name of everyone for sharing something extremely useful (especially nowadays) for us, bloggers and internet people. We tend to neglect our healthiness and we really needed some tips for becoming healthier, I personally needed the tips very much, they are essential for keeping my healthiness (actually for recovering it now). The most important factors for healthiness are: the alimentation, the resting time and using your brains a lot for keeping them working, hehe, that’s my opinion. Keep up the good work, I really love the way you write!

    Best regards,

    Maria

      Hi Maria,

Thanks for the compliment on my hair. I haven’t had my hair cut yet, that is coming next month. But I thank you in advance. 😉

You’re absolutely right about resting time. We do need to rest our bodies in order to function daily.

      Thank you very much!

      Take care,

      Evelyn

    Nice ebook, great effort.

I especially took to the beauty sleep part. I like your saying “burning the candle on both ends”. I am very similar. My body is pretty much set to wake up at about 7/8AM no matter what time i go to sleep.

I am currently recovering from a cold/cough and i totally believe it happened because of the lack of sleep, I was going to bed late nights 1AM/2AM.

Additionally, I find that when I get good solid amount of sleep combined with a good daily diet I am more focus and energized.

      Hi Anthony,

Thanks for checking out my ebook!

I totally understand! That has happened to me too. When I get enough rest and eat properly, then things clear up.

      Thanks for sharing,

      Evelyn

I’m pumped about this year and how it’s gotten off to a great start. We have to carry this momentum forward and not allow it to fade.
