Extreme-You-EoverExtreme You:  Step Up. Stand Out. Kick Ass. Repeat.

Extreme You is a book written by Sarah Robb O’Hagan, global president of Gatorade. Ms. O’Hagan is inspiring and motivates you to get out and kick some butt by following your passion.

You should read this book if:

  • you need the inspiration to follow your passion
  • you need motivation for your personal growth and development
  • you want the guts to simply be you without worrying about what others will say, think, or do.  Extreme You is the book for you.

TLC Book Tours sent me a free copy of Extreme You for reading and reviewing. Thank you, TLC for having me on your book tour.

Introduction of Extreme You

Extreme You consists of ten chapters”

Four- Get Over Yourself

Five – Pain Training

Six – Stay Stubbornly Humble

Seven – Play Your Specialist Game

Eight – Change the Game

Nine – Calling All Extremers

Ten – Break Yourself to Make Yourself

The author, Sarah Robb O’Hagan’s writing style is conversational. She draws you in by grabbing your attention with her down-to-earth style. You will definitely feel her bold personality shine through the pages.

Conclusion

Extreme You is a book inspires you to go after what you want in life without any fear. She sure made a believer out of me.

I am motivated now more than ever to do what I know I was put here on earth to do without worrying about who, what, and how.

I am going for it; stepping up, standing out, and kicking butt and of course repeating until I arrive at my destination. Hard work hasn’t hurt anyone and the last time I checked it definitely pays off.

Extreme You is a good book for those of you who want to tap into who you really are and what you really want to accomplish in life. It is a book that will have your raising your fist and saying, “Yes, I can do this and nothing will stop me from getting there.”

About Extreme You

• Hardcover: 320 pages
• Publisher: HarperBusiness (April 4, 2017)

“Every once in a while, you need someone standing by your shoulder, inspiring you, cheering you on, pushing you to go further. Sarah might be just the coach you’re looking for.”—Seth Godin, author of Linchpin

As a child, Sarah Robb O’Hagan dreamed she could be a champion. Her early efforts failed to reveal a natural superstar, but she refused to settle for average. Through dramatic successes and epic fails, she studied how extraordinary people in sports, entertainment and business set and achieve extremely personal goals. Sarah became an executive at Virgin Atlantic and Nike, and despite being fired twice in her twenties, she went on to become the global president of Gatorade and of Equinox—as well as a wife, mother, and endurance athlete.

In every challenging situation, personal or professional, individuals face the pressure to play it safe and conform to the accepted norms. But doing so comes with heavy costs: passions stifled, talents ignored, and opportunities squelched. The bolder choice is to embrace what Sarah calls Extreme You: to confidently bring all that is distinctive and relevant about yourself to everything you do.

Inspiring, surprising, and practical, Extreme You is her training program for becoming the best version of yourself.
