4 Tips on How to Get Flatter Abs

July 17, 2012 by Evelyn Parham

young-girl-showing-four-fingersIs your abdominal area / tummy area not the way you want it? Do you dream of being able to see your abdominal muscles? Well, don’t fear, you can have flatter abs, but it takes time.

When I stopped talking about getting flatter abs and started doing, I started seeing results. Granted, it has only been 1 1/2 months since, I began working out with flatter abs as my goal, but I see some change.

Today, I share with you a few tips that will help you get flatter abs. I am not an expert, just a person who is sharing a few tips that will help you get started.

 #1 You Must Want It

Anything worth having is worth putting in time and effort.  Desire/want is what should drive you and keep you motivated. If you don’t want it, then you will not have flatter abs.  Your desires/wants come from within and no one can give you that.

#2 Exercise Regimen

Yes, you have to exercise and not just at the dinner table. Start exercising and make it a way of life. You cannot get flatter abs if you are not working your muscles. Strength exercises is a great place to start.

#3 Healthy Diet

Stop eating foods that do nothing for your body. The junk food has to go; they do nothing but hold you back! Add healthier foods to your diet and you will not only feel better, but you will look better too.  Watch your abs get flatter!

#4 Time and Patience

Flatter abs don’t happen overnight. It takes time and you working your muscles.  As a result of it taking time, you must have patience. If you don’t see changes when you want to see changes, don’t give up. Keep working and know that time and patience are your best friends.

Final Words

Getting flatter abs is no easy task. If you want it bad enough you can have it.

I do agree with you evelyn, especially for #3. Doing diet is not so hard, but “healty diet” isn’t easy. Bad diet can effect our skin health, like acne. So like evelyn say, healthy diet + healthy foods = GOOD.

Evelyn! These advices seems really easy! I think I will use them, I tried to use belly fat at least three times last year, but I wasn’t determined. Thanks for these advices, mainly for the first!
